Refund & Cancellation Policy

We deliver your Opportunity Snapshot within 5 business days after we receive your payment and your completed background questionnaire. If you continue to the $500 Audit & Roadmap within 30 days, the full $299 is credited toward it.

The audit is a one-time, fixed-fee project. Its scope and payment terms are confirmed in writing before work begins.

Plans are billed monthly in advance. Each plan starts with a three-month initial term, then continues month to month. After the initial term, you can cancel with 30 days' written notice to info@leadsledge.com.

The $1,250 monthly management fee is billed under your written agreement. Your advertising budget is paid directly to the ad platforms whenever possible, so LeadSledge can't refund ad spend.

Billed under your written proposal, which sets out the payment schedule and what's owed if a project stops partway through.

Month to month. Cancel with 30 days' notice.

Ad spend, software subscriptions, call-tracking and messaging usage, licensed media and publication fees are paid to outside providers and aren't refundable by LeadSledge.

Email info@leadsledge.com with your name, business and invoice number. We reply within 1 business day. Please contact us first if a charge looks wrong. Most issues are solved faster that way than through a bank dispute.
